Support markdown in the assignment instructions :D
When entering the lesson description, I'd like to be able to add tables - the grading rubric for my lessons are in table format.
Hi all, we now support Markdown shortcuts in our assignment instructions. See docs here for what we support: https://repl.it/site/docs/classroom-markdown
@Tim Chen: I have a real hard time getting some of these to work. I have yet to manage to get a link to work. I've tried copy-pasting from the example, but it does not show up as a link.
@Tim Chen: Same as Paul... I can create the link, but it auto-magically disappears leaving only the anchor text :)
@Tim Chen: Same as the above, let me know if there is something more that I can do on my end!
you all do an awesome job =).
It would be nice to use several heading sizes in the instructions (such as <h2>, <h3>, ... tags in HTML)
Copying and pasting instructions from one assignment to another mangles formatting.
Consider allowing instructions to be edited in markdown.
Github-flavored Markdown to be specific
add support for Markdown in directions for assignments
I want to add my voice to the chorus. Markdown support for the assignment instructions would be great.
We'll be creating a new integration with Github, it's going to be super helpful for adding assignments to Replit
This would be really good, I'm a teacher and I'm used to write assignments using markdown. This manner, I can backup the assignments in plain text, copy, cut, paste and combine. Please, consider :)
We're currently staying away from markdown, but this is great. Thanks
We're looking into integrated Draft.js into Product Pains for rich text posts. :)
Might consider doing the same for your assignment instructions, then your teachers don't even have to know Markdown! Especially since you already use React.
