I'm working on a tutorial for creating a simple, rate limit aware bot for twitter, using tweepy. The code works fine locally, but on repl.it "import tweepy" throws an exception.

I'm using the Python3 language selection. It appears to work in Python 2.

I found another sample program in someone else's repl... same issue.

Here is the exception:
